“Captain Steve is very open about the trip and will work with you for planning. I booked this as it was unique and offered more than others in Ft. Myers. We were celebrating an anniversary and while aboard I was planning to propose. The vessel was set up perfectly and even allowed us to bring libations aboard. We cruised around for a view of the beaches and simply enjoyed every bit of it. We anchored near a beach on Sanibel, took a dip and enjoyed the warm waters and beautiful scenery. Upon boarding from the swim Captain Steve & his wife set up up with a perfect view for the sunset and engagement. This was a highlight of our trip for many reasons besides the fact she said yes! Thank you for everything and we’ll look to book again on our next visit!”

“Hands down…fantastic day out on the water with Friendly Waves Boat Charters! My husband wanted a day out on a boat to just enjoy the water and relax for his birthday celebration. After doing some recon online, we decided on Friendly Waves. The boat looked great, excellent website, great history of Captain Steve and we could book a charter just for the 2 of us! We loved every minute of the day! It exceeded our expectations! Captain Steve and First Mate Joy were excellent and the boat was amazing. We did the 6 hour All-In-One Family Fun Pack option. Cruising around, enjoying some time on Super Mable (felt like a kid again!) and anchoring at Cayo Costa for some beach time was exactly what we needed! We will definitely be booking again in the future with Friendly Waves and have already begun recommending them to friends and family!”

“Best Day of our Vacation!!!! I have rented boats multiple times while in SWFL and this was by far my best experience!!!! Capt. Steve and Joy exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed our day on the water and even stopped into Cabbage Key for lunch. We were able to anchor and my teenage boys took the inflatable paddle boards/kayaks over to the beach and collected some shells and then we just tied them to the boat and relaxed on the water with a drink and watched pods of dolphins and even a manatee swimming near us!!! The boat “Shipfaced” was immaculate and like new. We felt very comfortable and right at home on it. Capt. Steve & Joy answered any questions we had about the area or boat and my 13 yr old had quite a few!! We can’t wait to go back and go out with them again!!!! Highly Recommend Capt. “Best money we’ve ever spent on Ft Myers Beach! Captain Steve and his First Mate Joy were very friendly, fun, professional and knowledgeable about the area. The boat Ship Faced was incredible, we couldn’t have asked for a nicer vessel to go boating in. We saw tons of dolphins, went shelling at Cayo Costa State Park, and swimming. This experience was something our group will never forget. It was a perfect day on a perfect boat and we will definitely do it again on our next trip!”

“My family and I had a fantastic experience with Captain Steve and his first mate Joy abroad “Ship Faced”. They were very knowledgeable, accommodating, and fun. Joy went above and beyond to make sure we were all comfortable and enjoying the day! The boat is brand new, clean, and meticulously maintained. They were great hosts and thought of it all..beverages, snacks, water inflatables, snorkel equipment, sunblock and even bags for shelling. It was a great day on the water. We really enjoyed the ride, taking turns jumping off the boat while docked, swimming in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, and our time shelling along Cayo Costa. We had an awesome adventure that included a stop for lunch on the water with scenic views, dolphin and manatee sightings and ample opportunity to feel the sun on our face and the wind in our hair. Already looking forward to our next time!”
